The Multi-robot Systems Group (MRS) from the Department of Cybernetics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, CTU represents our university in a rotating exhibition in the Czech pavilion at EXPO2020 in Dubai. As part of the three-week exposition, the group exhibits a total of seven drones, which were introduced to the guests of the gala evening event by the head of the MRS group, doc. Martin Saska, during a private guided tour. Exhibits include, for example, a special DOFEC firefighting drone, an EAGLE.ONE drone designed to capture unauthorized drones, a drone used to inspect and map the interiors of historical buildings, a drone carrying packages from the company Zásilkovna or drones that collected medals at international competitions (MBZIRC 2017 and 2020 in Abu Dhabi and DARPA Subterranean Challenge in the USA). The gala evening event was also attended by representatives of CTU and FEE and guests were introduced to the study possibilities at CTU.
